HC Ambrì-Piotta's board of directors presented a deficit of CHF 1.86 million for the 2014-15 season to their shareholders at tonight's general assembly, as HeShootsHeScoores reports.

The club was able to generate a revenue of CHF 11.6 million but had costs in the height of 13.4 million, which thus ends up in a deficit of CHF 1.86 million. However, Ambrì was also able to reduce their debt from CHF 6.85 million to CHF 3.43 million.

Furthermore, they also increased their equity stakes from 17 to 44.8 % and the general assembly approved a increase of share capital of CHF 3,499,975. Thus, the share capital has been stocked up from CHF 7.5 million to CHF 10.5 million.

As for the Board of Directors, they were unanimously re-elected by the general assembly. Therefore, president Filippo Lombardi, vice president Massimo Frigerio, Silvano Lions, Sormani and Reto Michael Zwyssig will continue to serve on the board of HC Ambrì-Piotta. (mso)
