EHC Visp has signed defenseman Yves Brantschen (photo) for two years and extended the contract with forward Alexis Valenza for one season.

19-year-old Brantschen left Visp in 2014 to play in the organization of EV Zug. His first appearances in the NLB were during the 2016-2017 season with EVZ Academy, and over the course of the last two years, he played 46 regular season games for them, recording one goal and five assists. Now he rejoins Visp on a two-year contract.

22-year-old Valenza has been with Visp for one season and has extended his contract for one more. He played in North America for three years before joining. In 42 appearances this term (regular season and playoffs) for Visp, he recorded two goals and three assists.
