The projected first round pick of next year's draft is deciding between a move to Europe and playing his last junior season with the Everett Silvertips in the WHL.
The 18-year-old already has an agreement in place with the ZSC Lions, however, the club has run into some administrative obstacles and has not yet been able to obtain a work permit for the American forward. (lcu)
