As 24 heures reports, Lausanne HC is looking to complete their roster for the 2016-17 season. Thus, they seem to be interested in signing EHC Visp's forward Julian Schmutz, who is also courted by other NLA clubs.

As the same source reports further, Lausanne has already tried to use one of their B-licenses for Schmutz. However, due to Visp's partnership with SC Bern, this was not possible.

According to Visp's team manager Sébastien Pico, it is not unlikely that Schmutz will even finish this season in Switzerland's capital city. He agrees though that Lausanne would be a good option for Schmutz as of next season. Thus far, however, no contract has been signed. (bsc)
