Will EVZ replace David McIntyre?
With their Swedish forward Erik Thorell injured, EV Zug currently has to set their trust in Canadian David McIntyre. The 32-year-old, however, had been heavily criticized already last season and has not been able to get back on track this season either. It is thus possible, the NZZ writes, that EVZ will replace him in the coming weeks.
David McIntyre has been with EV Zug since 2016. After a very good first season with 66 points in 63 games, his numbers have been declining ever since. This season, McIntyre has appeared in 14 games for the Kolinstädter, in which he recorded three points (two goals.)
