Starting next summer, the Lausanne HC-forward will be part of the Dragons until 2023.

HC Fribourg-Gottéron have announced the signing of forward Yannick Herren. The 28-year-old joins them on a three-year deal, which kicks off after the current season is over.

Herren joins the Dragons from Lausanne, where he has been playing since 2014. His first steps in the National League were taken in the 2010-11 season with EHC Kloten. Prior to that, Herren already made some appearances in the Swiss League with EHC Visp, where he also spent some of his junior years.

In total, the forward has suited up 430 times on the highest level in Switzerland so far, recording 70 goals and 65 assists. Since 2016, he has also worn the jersey of the Swiss national team twelve times.
