"I'm here to fight for my contract. I want to stay", Brodin says to the newspaper. The 31-year-old winger is happy in Switzerland and not in a hurry to return home to Sweden. During the last couple of months, there have been some rumors that Brodin might return to his former club Djurgårdens IF.
Playing his third season for the Dragons now, Brodin put up 38 points in 67 games so far. His contract with HC Fribourg-Gottéron termintes at the end of this season.
