Grégory Beaud (Blick) reported on Saturday afternoon that Sebastian Wännström and HC Ajoie would soon come to an agreement. The National League team officialized the deal a couple of hours later.
Wännström played for the majority of his career in Sweden but also hit the ice in the AHL and the Liiga. The Swede, who is Ajoie's seventh import player, started the season in the KHL, playing for Dinamo Riga (one goal in ten games).
