As HC Davos' team manager Jan Alston tells the same source today, they have indeed contacted the SCL Tigers about Jesper Olofsson. However, they are only interested in him as a reinforcement player for the Spengler Cup. Harri Pesonen is also of interest to them for the same reason.
Alston, however, denies that they are trying to acquire Olofsson for the 2022-23 season. As the Berner Zeitung and Watson reported, Olofsson, who currently is the National League's leading scorer, has caught the eye of several KHL teams, some of which apparently have already made some high offers to the Swede.
