According to the Oltner Tagblatt, team manager Marc Grieder now had to look at the MySports League, as a lot of National League teams are also short on players due to injuries. They are thus not able to send some players to EHC Olten for the time being.
Grieder has invited Michael Lüdi of Hockey Huttwil to practice with them. Whether he will be able to play for EHC Olten will be determined over the course of the next weeks. The 24-year-old forward has recorded two goals and ten assists in eight games for Huttwil this season.
