Whereas forward Dario Meyer will suit up for Zug until the Spengler Cup, Gian-Marco Wetter joins Rapperswil with immediate effect.

Dario Meyer moves to Zug.

Because EV Zug is currently dealing with many injured forwards, the two clubs have agreed on a loan-deal which involves HC Davos' forward Dario Meyer. The 22-year-old joins Zug immediately and will stay with them until the Spengler Cup at the end of December.

HCD's 19-year-old forward Gian-Marco Wetter, on the other hand, joins the SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers, where he has signed a contract until the end of the 2021-22 season. "In Rapperswil, Gian-Marco gets the opportunity to play in the National League," HCD's team manager Raeto Raffainer says. "We don't want to stand in the way of this opportunity."

Dario Meyer has appeared in seven games with HCD this season (one assist) and also played on loan with the HCB Ticino Rockets (eight games, five points). Gian-Marco Wetter has only suited up for the Rockets this season so far. In 20 games for them, he scored two goals and added four assists.
