As anticipated by the Blick, Noah Schneeberger leaves HC Fribourg-Gottéron and joins the SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers until the end of the 2019-20 season. The 31-year-old, who is in his second season in Fribourg, did not get much ice time this season as he was averaging 6:07 minutes per game up to now.

For his part, Jorden Gähler joins HC Fribourg-Gottéron for the rest of the season. Gähler is having a higher TOI in Rapperswil, with 13:31 minutes per game. However, the 26-year-old is only the eighth most-used defenseman in the team.

This season, Schneeberger has yet to record his first point, while Gähler already found the back of the net twice. He also collected three assists.
