Proceedings initiated against the ZSC Lions' Maxim Noreau

During the third period of the game between HC Lugano and the ZSC Lions, the home team's forward Mauro Jörg received a hit to the head by Maxim Noreau. The latter was sanctioned with a ten-minute penalty. As a further consequence, the league will take a look at the hit and has initiated proceedings against the defenseman.
