Marc-Antoine Pouliot: Another season in yellow and red?

Two weeks ago, EHCB's team manager Martin Steinegger confirmed to the Journal du Jura that they have offered a new one-year contract to Marc-Antoine Pouliot. The 34-year-old, for his part, does not intend to move anywhere else: "I want to stay here," he says to the Berner Zeitung. "And I think we'll soon settle the matter."

As Pouliot is not going to receive the Swiss citizenship anytime soon, he will still count as an import-player next season. This season, the Canadian has recorded 22 points (ten goals) in 28 games for EHC Biel. With 0.79 points per game, he is currently the Seelanders' third-most reliable scorer.
