Whereas Noah Schneeberger has a contract with HCFG, but is not wanted, Tristan Vauclair and Adrien Lauper are still waiting for offers.

Noah Schneeberger is not wanted in Fribourg.

For HC Fribourg-Gottéron's team manager and head coach Christian Dubé the case of Noah Schneeberger is clear: "I want him to practice on his own," he says to La Liberté. Last season, the unwanted defenseman was loaned to the SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers, who expressed their interest in keeping him on board, but might be hesitating now due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Also the two forwards Tristan Vauclair and Adrien Lauper, whose contracts with HCFG have come to an end, are victims of the current situation. Both have no offers for contract extensions on their tables yet.

"I have a family and two children, I can't wait until October," Vauclair states. The 35-year-old thus has contacted other clubs, including his youth club HC Ajoie, but without success so far. Even retirement is not out of the question for the 35-year-old, he says to La Liberté.
