His new deal with Lausanne HC includes an option for an additional season. Grégory Beaud of Sport-Center already reported four days ago that the forward was practicing with the Lions and that they were looking into acquiring him for the upcoming season.

The 22-year-old is a product of HC Davos' organization, but left Switzerland in 2018 to play in Sweden. After a short stint with Rögle BK, he joined Västerviks IK. In 49 regular-season games for them, he recorded ten goals and nine assists.
