Due to the longer absence of Marc-Antoine Pouliot, EHC Biel borrows Norwegian forward Mathias Trettenes from HC La Chaux-de-Fonds.

According to the Bieler Tagblatt, the 26-year-old Trettenes will play for the Seelanders for the time being. For how long is not clearly defined, but Marc-Antoine Pouliot will be sidelined for at least three more weeks.

This might also mean that EHC Biel refrains from signing German international Marcel Noebels from the Eisbären Berlin. Due to uncertainties with regards to the Covid-19 situation, they put the transfer on hold.
