"There's one defender and two wingers [Ryan Gunderson, Daniel Brodin, and Chris DiDomenico] on the team so far, so I'd probably go with a center," Stålberg anticipates to the Freiburger Nachrichten the decision of head coach Christian Dubé. Being a winger himself, Stålberg thus sees only a small chance for him to remain a Dragon next season.
If there were an offer from Fribourg, however, he would accept it, the Freiburger Nachrichten reports. Dubé's decision should not be much longer: "He's still in the decision-making process," Stålberg says. "But Christian should let me and David know soon what he plans to do. Once the decision is made, David and I can make plans."
