HC Davos announced today that their long-term staffer will retire at the end of the season.

HC Davos' will enter a new era in goaltender coaching.

Kull joined HCD in 1999, having previously worked and played for his hometown-club SC Herisau. Among the goaltenders he coached are big names such as Jonas Hiller, Leonardo Genoni, or Reto Berra.

The 68-year-old was involved in goalie training at all levels. In 2019, he left as the primary team's goaltending coach to focus on coaching in the junior system.

HC Davos has already announced who will take over Kull's duties next season: Fabian Balmer, who is currently working for the EV Zug organization as goaltending coach of Swiss League's Academy.
