Darels Dukurs is currently in his fourth junior season with the Tigers, but the Latvian has not yet obtained a Swiss players' license. The National League thus had to use an import player license for him.
"He deserves it," team manager Marc Eichmann tells the Berner Zeitung. The forward already had a productive season last year, recording 17 goals and 26 assists in 41 games for Langnau's U20 team. He also has already scored four goals in six games this season. In last night's game, he was on the ice for 3:30 minutes and recorded one shot on goal.
