Over the course of their past fiscal year, HC Lugano generated revenue of CHF 15,390,388, and expenses of CHF 17,768,644 (before taxes, extraordinary events, and financial costs), resulting in a loss of CHF 2,274095.-. This loss would have been higher if not for the significant effort made by the members of the club, the season ticket holders, sponsors, and for the ‘à-fonds perdu’ subsidies from the confederation.
Moreover, Stephan Lichtsteiner has been officially elected to the board of directors of the Hockey Club Lugano SA replacing Renato Bordoli, while the other six board members, namely Vicky Mantegazza (chairman), Andy Näser (vice-chairman), Gabriele Zanzi (vice-chairman), Claudio Broggini, Fabio Regazzi, and Sascha Schlub, have all been confirmed by the assembly.
