Other than the four teams with higher numbers which can be attributed to specific reasons, the general attendance in the National League has been lower than before the pandemic, as the Neue Zürcher Zeitung writes.

SC Bern, for example, has sold 7.5 percent fewer season tickets. Their biggest number of people in the stands for them has been 14,141. Generally, there would be 15 percent fewer spectators in their arena, as CEO Marc Lüthi mentions.

Peter Jakob, president of the SCL Tigers, states that thanks to the A-fonds-perdu subsidies from the confederation, clubs are not in danger financially. "You have to put it bluntly: we are privileged."
