"It has been agreed with the club management that we want to bring the Young Tigers closer to the first team," Thierry Paterlini explains. "That's why I would like to have someone from the youth team on my staff who can foster this permeability. That's a done deal."
Paterlini was not willing to provide the names of possible candidates, as he had not gotten the chance yet to talk to anyone. There are, however, some big names available: Jörg Reber (head coach of the U20-Elit), Samuel Balmer (U17-Elit), Steve Hirschi (U15-Elit) or Martin Gerber (goalie coach of the U15-Elit and head coach of the U13), to mention a few.
