According to Craig Morgan (NHL Network), Harri Säteri had been in talks with the Arizona Coyotes since free agency hit on Wednesday. However, as his agent Todd Diamond tells Morgan, EHC Biel set him a deadline for today and he thus decided to take the offer he received from the Seelanders.

Säteri, who was drafted by the San Jose Sharks in 2008, played in the KHL for the past three seasons but ended this season with the Arizona Coyotes. He also was part of the Finnish Olympic team (five games, .962 save percentage) as well as their team for the World Championship (two games).
