The SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers have announced contract extensions for three forwards. Yannick-Lennart Albrecht and Dominic Lammer will stay until 2026, Nico Dünner until 2027. Goalie coach Marc Eichmann will stick around as well.

"All three players take on important roles with us and feel comfortable with the Lakers", team manager Janick Steinmann states. "They are an important part of our core and with their signatures, they send a strong signal that they believe in our club and our philosophy"

Both Albrecht (28) and Lammer (30) have been with Rapperswil-Jona since 2021, the former joining from EV Zug, the latter from HC Lugano. Dünner (28) became a Laker in 2019, he was with SC Langenthal before.

Steinmann is still scouting the international market for a player to replace the injured Niklas Jensen but has not had any luck so far.
