Cervenka was held out of the lineup because of lumbago. His last game was with the Czech National Team against Switzerland in the middle of November. He scored four goals and 22 assists (26 points) in 20 games this season.
Meanwhile, 29-year-old winger Åberg will make his debut in the sixth league in four years, after being in the NHL, AHL, KHL, SHL, and Czech League. The Lakers acquired him from BK Mladá Boleslav, where he started the season with three goals and ten assists (13 points) in 26 games.
