Harri Pesonen's contract is only one out of fourteen that are expiring in Langnau, but one of the most important. It appears that the 34-year-old is much more open to extend his stint with the SCL Tigers now than he was in the fall, the Berner Zeitung writes.

After Finnish media reported that Pesonen might return to Finland next season, the latest signals in talks with the Tigers seem to have been positive. His decision is expected in January.

Harri Pesonen is currently the SCL Tigers' fourth-best scorer. This season, he has suited up in all 34 games and recorded 26 points. With 14 goals, he is their best goalscorer, on par with Aleksi Saarela.
