As already announced in April and now confirmed by the general assembly, Rolf Tresch has been elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mike Schälchli as Vice Chairman, Heinz Eberhart as a member of the board, and Pascal Signer as their delegate. Michael Kloter and Sacha Ochsner have both decided to leave the team.
