Swiss League

The defenseman has found a new home in the Swiss League and will also be eligible to play in the MySports League.

Jan Wieszinski

Wieszinski, who was part of HC Ambrì-Piotta last year but only suited up for the HCB Ticino Rockets and, in the playoffs, for HC Sierre, has joined SC Langenthal, the MySports League team SC Lyss announced today. The details of his new contract have not yet been released by the Oberaargauer. Lyss has acquired the 21-year-old's B-licence, allowing him to suit up for both teams.

Last season, the defender made 31 games for the Rockets, recording one goal and two assists. In the MySports League playoffs with Sierre, he managed to find the back of the net once in eleven appearances.
