The two defensemen both received new two-year deals. They will thus stay in Langenthal until 2022.

Hans Pienitz stays in Langenthal

Mathieu Maret has been with SC Langenthal since 2018. This season, he has recorded three goals and five assists in 20 games. Hans Pienitz, on the other hand, joined the Swiss League team in 2013. He has put up one goal and five assists in 20 games.

Langenthal also discloses that Joey Benik has returned to on-ice practice. If everything runs smoothly, he should be able to return to the lineup at the end of November or at the beginning of December.
