As hinted at by team manager Loïc Burkhalter to Arcinfo the goalie will stay in La Chaux-de-Fonds.

Will stay with HCC: Marco Mathis.

Marco Mathis had a short-term contract in place with HC La Chaux-de-Fonds, which would have run out at the end of November. The 30-year-old has been hired to step in for their injured goalie Christophe Bays who is still sidelined, but hopes to return before Christmas, Arcinfo writes.

In the short term, defender Frédéric Iglesias and forward Alain Miéville should make their comeback on Saturday against HC Sierre. Defenseman Philip Åhlström, on the other hand, has to sit out for a week due to a lower-body injury.
