EHC Winterthur
As Der Landbote reports, EHC Winterthur will have to operate on a much lower budget in the upcoming season: CHF 1.8 million. That is a decrease of CHF 600.000. There are different reasons for it, but it mostly comes down to them expecting a lot less money from sponsoring and ticketing.
The Lions are also working on their protection concept. While they have not yet finalized it, it will contain a division of the stands (limited spectators), personalized tickets and "some form of mandatory mask-wearing". The last point on the list has yet to be defined.
