While Hüsler will join the team on a one-year contract, Fuss will play for them via B-license.

For the first time in his career, Hüsler will not wear the Lakers' jersey

Cédric Hüsler joined EHC Olten in early August to "keep in shape", as the team announced at the time. He was now able to earn a contract from the Swiss League team. Hüsler has only ever player for the SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers and recorded one goal and two assists in 29 games last season.

Noah Fuss, on the other hand, will get the opportunity to gain more experience with the Mice. The 18-year-old forward is a SC Bern prospect and will play for Olten via B-license.

Other than Fuss, Tyler Higgins and Billy Hunziker were also trying to gain a roster spot, but they will have to look for another opportunity, as the Mice will not offer them a contract for the upcoming season.
