For the bigger part of his career, Marco Truttmann has played for EHC Olten. For them, he had played for them for more than seven seasons when he moved to EHC Kloten in November 2019. Before that, the forward also wore the jerseys of EHC Biel, the SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers, HC Thurgau, and - during his junior years - of EV Zug.

Now, he is looking forward to his last games with EHC Kloten: "It's great to be part of EHC Kloten and to be able to work together towards on last, big goal." Meaning: become Swiss League Champion and get promoted.

In a total of 194 games in Switzerland's top league, he recorded 92 points (26 goals). In 505 games in the Swiss League (or the National League B, respectively), he has put up 527 points (222 goals) so far.
