Joel Steinauer is back in Winterthur.
Because the season in the MySports League has been canceled, EHC Winterthur's general manager Urban Leimbacher has added the defenseman Joël Steinauer to their roster. According to Der Landbote, the 26-year-old might make his comeback in Winterthur's jersey as soon as tomorrow against HC La Chaux-de-Fonds.
Steinauer is well-known in Winterthur. He helped the team get promoted to the National League B in 2015 and then played two more seasons with the Lions. Last summer, he joined EHC Dübendorf after two seasons with HC Thurgau.
