Stettler was already assigned to play with a Swiss League team last year, EHC Winterthur. But after just three games, a knee injury sidelined him for the remainder of the season. Now, the 20-year-old will get another chance to see some ice time as a member of Langenthal.

Langenegger started this past season with the SCL Tigers and finished it with EHC Olten on a B-licence, making it to the finals with the Mice. The 23-year-old will gather more experience in the Swiss League, this time with EHC Visp.

In both cases, the players are assigned to their respective Swiss League teams for the whole season, but can be called back up if needed.
