The Walliser Bote recently wrote that Francis Perron's injury would not be the only thing that might keep him out of HC Sierre's lineup. Rumors that player and team had decided to dissolve their working relationship were mentioned. The club has now put out a press release, stating that these rumors are false.
They also reaffirmed Remo Giovannini's long-term commitment to the club after there were rumors about the netminder leaving. Giovannini himself has also denied said rumors.
