For the two Prospect Games on Thursday, 6 February in Herisau and Friday, 7 February in Olten, head coach Patrick Fischer has selected only U25 players. With Sven Jung (HC Davos), Gilian Kohler, Valentin Nussbaumer (both EHC Biel), Axel Simic, Justin Sigrist (both ZSC Lions), Sven Leuenberger and Yannick Zehnder (both EV Zug), seven players will have their debut with the national team.
