Seven players who have not yet played for the men's national team are on the roster: Akira Schmid, David Aebischer, Colin Gerber, Nico Gross, Nathan Vouardoux, Marco Lehmann, and Gian-Marco Wetter.

The prospects will also receive the opportunity to train with Nico Hischier and Philipp Kurashev. "Nico and Philipp always spend the summer in Switzerland and often train on their own," explains Fischer, "the Prospect Camp is a welcome opportunity for them to do some training with the team every year."

SC Bern's Joshua Fahrni and EHC Biel's Noah Delémont would have also been on the list of invitees but they will be busy at the U20 camp in order to prepare for the World Juniors.
