During today's press conference, the Federal Council announced changes in the limitation of the number of people attending an event.

Sooner than expected, restrictions are loosening.

As of June 22, up to 1000 people will be allowed to attend the same event, and from the beginning of September, "if the situation permits it", events for over 1000 people can take place again. The organizer of an event will have, however, to ensure that there are no more than 300 people to contact in case of need, for example by dividing the available space into sectors.

The hypothetical lifting of the ban in September envisaged by the Federal Council will, obviously, be possible only if the epidemiological situation will not worsen.
