Sandro Aeschlimann, Leonardo Genoni, and Jakub Kovar will all have a chance to win the award that will be presented on July 29.

Sandro Aeschlimann finished his third season with HC Davos and posted a .942 save percentage in 30 regular-season games for them. The goaltender was also part of Switzerland's Olympic team as well as the World Championship team.

Leonardo Genoni won the championship with EV Zug again this season. In 40 regular-season games, he posted a .921 save percentage. in the playoffs, he showed his skills even more, finishing Zug's run with a .953 save percentage in 15 games. He, too, was part of the Olympic as well as the World Championship team.

As for Jakub Kovar, the Czech goaltender was part of the reason for the ZSC Lions' deep run in the playoffs, posting a .938 save percentage in 15 games. The Czech goaltender will return to Czechia for the upcoming season, suiting up for Sparta Praha.
