The DEB does not elaborate on the reasons why Dominik Kahun will not be part of their team at the home tournament. Kahun is one of six players that have to be replaced in Germany's team.
With Kahun's absence, Tobias Fohrler (HC Ambrì-Piotta) is the only "Swiss" player on head coach Toni Söderholm's roster. Germany will face Switzerland on Saturday, November 13 at 14:30.
