According to Expressen, Julius Nättinen has signed with the Växjö Lakers, the newly crowned SHL champion. If he has indeed agreed to terms with the SHL team, Nättinen will add another country to his list: in the past five years, he will have played in four different countries.

The forward joined HC Ambrì-Piotta in July 2020. In the 2020-21 regular season, he recorded 17 goals and eight assists in 32 games for the Biancoblù.
