Nico Hischier suffered a sinus fracture and is currently in concussion protocol. He will be monitored and is considered week-to-week. He has been placed on injured reserve.
Hischer sustained the injury on February 27, when a deflected slapshot by P.K. Subban hit Hischier's shield. The forward was not able to continue to play and was helped off the ice.
