The Minnesota Wild had to make do without Kevin Fiala for their game against the Vegas Golden Knights. However, as head coach Dean Evason tells Michael Russo (The Athletic), the forward is not dealing with anything serious and was just kept out for precautionary reasons.

Fiala has recorded 20 goals and 19 assists in 47 games this season. The forward will be a restricted free agent after the end of this season.
