For the first game the second round of this year's Stanley Cup playoffs, Nino Niederreiter has been announced as questionable by his coach Rod Brind'Amour, Chip Alexander of the Raleigh-based News&Observer reports. The Carolina Hurricanes are set to face defending champion Tampa Bay tonight.
Niederreiter left yesterday's practice session early after he "did a little something", Brind'Amour stated on Saturday.
The Swiss forward scored one goal during the first-round series against the Nashville Predators.
