Swedish defender Emil Djuse did only play one of seven preparation games for the Lakers, as he was dealing with a minor injury. He should, however, be able to hit the ice in tonight's season opener against HC Lugano.
New import Zack Mitchel, who signed with the Lakers as a replacement for Steve Moses (injured), only arrived in Switzerland a few days ago. But the Canadian forward will be able suit up for the Lakers and make his debut, regardless.
The only question mark in the Lakers' roster is Igor Jelovac. According to the Südostschweiz it is not yet clear if the defender will be able to play in tonight's game.
