The organization and Huard did not see eye to eye in the way they wanted the club to evolve and operate, which is why Lugano now decided to part ways with the 46-year-old.
Huard had recently stepped down as head coach of the women's U18 national team in order to be able to focus more on his position as a head coach of HC Lugano in the 2019-20 season.
