The defenseman of EHC Biel missed the first game against Sweden due to a minor injury but is now good to go.

With Noah Delémont, head coach Marco Bayer has now finalized his 25-players roster. That also means that EV Zug's Joel Marchon will not get to play in the tournament and will have to return to Switzerland.

The Swiss, after losing against Sweden (2:3) and USA (1:7) , have two games left in the preliminary round of the World Juniors: one against Germany and one against Austria.
