According to Patrick Della Valle, the American forward has arrived in the Ticino and will join the HCB Ticino Rockets.

Two days ago, HockeyNews.se reported that Greg Squires in on his way to Switzerland, where he is supposed to have signed a two-year deal with HC Lugano. Journalist Patrick Della Valle (Teleticino) confirms that Squires has indeed arrived in the Ticino, but will join Lugano's partner team, the HCB Ticino Rockets, right away.

The new import-player that HC Lugano's team manager Hnat Domenichelli has promised in order to get the National League team back on track might also get officially announced over the course of the day, Della Valle states.
